Flow-Forged Strength & Durability

TSV wheels are manufactured using a precision flow-forging process that forms and strengthens the wheel barrel while optimizing material distribution. This produces a strong, durable wheel structure engineered for the weight and performance demands of the Tesla Model Y. Compared with conventional gravity-cast construction, flow forging can improve barrel strength and material efficiency. Each TSV 20x10" wheel weighs 34.6 lbs and carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating, combining robust construction with a distinctive Überturbine-inspired design.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup offers a sportier appearance and responsive steering feel while maintaining practical everyday usability. Compared with 18-inch and 19-inch setups, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented appearance. They typically offer greater ride comfort and sidewall protection than 21-inch packages, depending on tire selection.

Choose factory-size 255/40R20 tires for familiar 20-inch proportions or wider 275/40R20 tires for a more substantial stance and additional wheel protection.

Überturbine Inspired Design

The TSV wheel is inspired by Tesla's 21-inch Überturbine design. Its tightly spaced, finned multi-spoke face amplifies the performance-oriented turbine appearance that has become a signature look on high-performance Teslas, while providing proper Model Y fitment in a more practical 20-inch size.

Square Fitment & Tire Rotation

The 20x10" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose factory-size 255/40R20 tires for a familiar fitment or wider 275/40R20 tires for additional wheel protection and a more aggressive stance.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.

Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.

When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).

After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.

Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.

Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 20" TSV?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 20" TSV package?
Available fitments include the factory-size 255/40R20 and the extra-wide 275/40R20 for additional wheel protection.

Do your TSV wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 20x10" TSV wheels fit your factory Tesla 57.2mm center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 20" TSV wheels made?
They are flow forged and tested to JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 and TÜV standards.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSV wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSV wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

What is the warranty on TSV wheels?
Click here for T Sportline Limited Warranty

How long until my TSV wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours unless your wheels are back-ordered. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only.

Can I use my factory Tesla Überturbine or Induction wheel center covers on the 20" TSV wheels?
No. Factory Tesla Überturbine and Induction wheel center covers are designed for their respective original factory wheels and are not compatible with TSV wheels.

Are TSV wheels the same as Tesla's factory Überturbine wheels?
No. TSV wheels are T Sportline aftermarket wheels inspired by the appearance of Tesla's factory Überturbine wheels. The TSV 20-inch package features a 20x10" square fitment that allows front-to-rear tire rotation with matching tires, unlike the original staggered 21-inch Model Y Performance Überturbine configuration.
