Freshen the stance of your Tesla Model 3 and Y with our Wide Stance Billet Spacers. The factory wheel fitment on Model 3 / Y rear wheels is notably inboard (sunken deep into the wheel wheel), creating a void between the outer edge of the rear wheels and tires, and the rear fender. Our Wide Stance Billet Spacers will give your Tesla Model 3 and Y a more sporty stance and a more flush look in the rear, closing the gap between the tires and fender. These spacers are designed specifically for Tesla Model 3 / Y fitment, ensuring proper fitment. The spacers are machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum and use grade 10.9 metric studs meet ASTM A324 grade BD and SAE J429, grade 8 standards. The DIY-friendly spacers simply bolt-on to your Tesla Mode 3 / Y and are compatible with all model variations including the Performance model. Reference the lug stud fitment requirments below.
Installing these spacers will offset the rear wheels outward by 5mm / 0.2 inch, 10mm / 0.4 inch, 15mm / 0.6 inch, 20mm / 0.8 inch, or 25mm / 1.0 inch, bringing the wheel and tire closer to flush with the fender. The spacers are 100% compatible with Tesla Model 3 Performance and Tesla Model Y Performance, as well as all other Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y variants.
T Sportline spacers are engineered specifically for Tesla fitment. These are not 'generic fitment' spacers made to fit various vehicles. Notice the attention to detail on the backside of T Sportline spacers - designed specifically to match Tesla wheels and retain the proper water escape channeling exactly matching OEM factory hub design. Inferior spacers have flat designs which prevent water from escaping and leads to corrosion and potential hub failure.
Generally speaking, spacers must be confirmed compatible with both the wheels and the lug studs before proceeding. Please read and confirm compatibility accordingly:
5mm spacers: Factory lug studs are typically 'long enough' to work with 5mm spacers. Check to see if your lug studs have 5mm of additional threads (aka - exposed threads extending beyond the lug nut when the wheel is installed without a spacer). If not (or if in doubt), replace your lug studs with our Long replacement lug studs (optional add-on).
10mm spacers: Factory lug studs are not long enough to work with 10mm spacers. You must install our extended (long) wheel studs Long replacement lug studs (optional add-on).
15mm spacers: Factory lug studs protrude though the face of the 15mm spacer and you'll need to confirm your wheels have sufficient 'pocket clearance' on their backside to clear these protruding lug studs. If the studs protrude more than the depth of the wheel backside pocket (most T Sportline wheels have sufficient pocket depth, but many factory wheels will not and require stud replacement), you can replace your lug studs with our 'short' replacement lug studs. If your wheel pockets bottom out on the protruding factory studs, you'll break the spacer studs over time.
20mm and 25mm spacers: Factory lug studs should be fine, but in case of concern you can switch to our stock replacement lug studs (optional add-on).
