Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TST wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup delivers the sportiest appearance and the sharpest steering feel of the Model 3 wheel sizes, matching the diameter of the factory Model 3 Performance 20-inch wheels with a distinctive aftermarket design. Compared with 18-inch and 19-inch setups, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented look. Choose 245/35R20 tires for additional sidewall and wheel protection, or the staggered setup for a wider-rear performance stance.

Square or Staggered Fitment

The 20x8.5" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose factory-size 235/35R20 tires for a familiar fitment, or 245/35R20 tires for additional sidewall height and wheel protection. The staggered setup uses 20x8.5" front and 20x10" rear wheels with 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear tires, creating an aggressive, wider-rear stance. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Square packages offer the factory-size 235/35R20 or 245/35R20 tires for extra wheel protection on 20x8.5" wheels. Staggered packages use 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear tires on 20x8.5" front and 20x10" rear wheels.

Do your TST wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 20x8.5" and 20x10" TST wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 20" TST wheels made?

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
