Upgrade your Tesla Model X with the T Sportline MX2022 22-inch fully forged wheel and tire package. The MX2022 pairs premium fully forged aluminum construction with a distinctive 22-spoke design and T Sportline floating center caps. The staggered 22x9.5-inch front and 22x10.5-inch rear setup features a +30mm offset and a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating per wheel, with the factory Model X 22-inch tire sizes—265/35R22 front and 285/35R22 rear. Compared with the factory 20-inch wheels, the 22-inch setup delivers a bolder look and sharper steering response, with a firmer ride, less range and shorter sidewalls. The four finish options are Gloss Black, Satin Black, Diamond Black and Diamond White. MX2022 wheels accept factory Tesla lug nuts and TPMS sensors and come with T Sportline floating center caps. Fully Forged Strength & Lightweight Design

Each MX2022 wheel is fully forged from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined to reduce unnecessary mass while retaining a robust structure for high-torque Tesla driving. The 22x9.5-inch wheel weighs 30.15 lbs and the 22x10.5-inch wheel weighs 31.3 lbs, and each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The design was evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load, and the wheel is manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility. Fully forged construction emphasizes strength-to-weight performance, crisp handling and a refined performance look.

22-Inch Performance Stance

The 22-inch setup matches the diameter and tire sizes of the factory Model X 22-inch package—265/35R22 front and 285/35R22 rear—for the boldest look and sharpest steering response of the Model X wheel sizes. Compared with the factory 20-inch wheels, its lower-profile 35-series tires give a firmer ride, less range and less sidewall protection against potholes and curbs.

MX2022 Forged Multi-Spoke Design

The MX2022 features 22 slim, straight spokes radiating from the center for a classic, intricate multi-spoke look. Its fully forged construction, four finish options and T Sportline floating center caps give the Model X a premium, performance-inspired alternative to factory wheels in the 22-inch diameter.

Tesla Compatibility

Staggered Fitment

The staggered setup uses 22x9.5" front and 22x10.5" rear wheels with 265/35R22 front and 285/35R22 rear tires—the factory Model X 22-inch tire sizes. Because the front and rear wheel widths and tire sizes differ, staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Tire Comparison & Selection Guide

265/35R22 Front / 285/35R22 Rear Fitment	Choosing a Tire Model
Tire Type	Factory Model X 22-inch tire sizes	Summer, all-season or winter
Range & Efficiency	Factory 22-inch baseline—less range than the factory 20-inch setup	Rolling resistance and tread compound vary by tire model; EV-specific tires focus on efficiency
Ride Comfort	Lower-profile 35-series tires ride firmer than the factory 20-inch tires	EV-specific tires with noise-cancelling foam help reduce cabin noise
Pothole Protection	Shortest sidewall of the Model X tire sizes	Correct cold tire pressure is essential for maximum protection
Curb Protection	Low-profile 35-series sidewall	Sidewall shape and rim-protector design vary by tire model
Handling & Steering	Lowest-profile tires for the sharpest steering response	The Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tire provides the sharpest response
Dry Traction	Wider 285 rear tires help put power down	The Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tire provides maximum warm-weather grip
Wet & Snow Traction	Depends on tire model	Dedicated winter tires offer the most cold-weather and snow capability
Tire Rotation	No front-to-rear rotation	Front and rear pairs may need replacement at different times

265/35R22 Front / 285/35R22 Rear Fitment: The factory Model X 22-inch tire sizes deliver the boldest look and sharpest steering response, with a firmer ride and less sidewall protection than the factory 20-inch tires.

Choose the tire model for your driving: Select the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S for maximum warm-weather grip, an all-season tire for year-round flexibility, or the Vredestein Wintrac Pro winter tire for cold and snowy conditions.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 22" MX2022?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 22" MX2022 package?
The staggered package uses 265/35R22 front and 285/35R22 rear tires, the factory Model X 22-inch tire sizes.

Do your MX2022 wheels fit my factory center caps?
No. MX2022 wheels use the included T Sportline floating center caps. They fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 22" MX2022 wheels made?
They are fully forged monoblock wheels, manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility and evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts to match my new MX2022 wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All MX2022 wheels come with T Sportline floating center caps.

What is the warranty on MX2022 wheels?

How long until my MX2022 wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours when your wheels are in stock; if we do not have them in stock, lead time is typically 4–5 weeks. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.

How much does a 22-inch MX2022 wheel weigh, and what is its load rating?
The MX2022 22x9.5" wheel weighs 30.15 lbs and the 22x10.5" wheel weighs 31.3 lbs. Each fully forged wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. Wheel weight does not include the tire, TPMS sensor or lug nuts.

Can I rotate my tires with the 22" MX2022 package?
No. The front and rear wheels and tires use different sizes (22x9.5" front / 22x10.5" rear with 265/35R22 front and 285/35R22 rear tires), so the wheel and tire assemblies cannot be rotated front to rear.

Which MX2022 wheel finishes are offered?
Gloss Black, Satin Black, Diamond Black and Diamond White. Each set includes T Sportline floating center caps.
