Choose the staggered 20x9-inch front and 20x10-inch rear setup with the factory Model X 20-inch tire sizes—265/45R20 front and 275/45R20 rear—or a square set of four 20x9-inch wheels, sold as wheels only. Flow-Forged Strength & Durability

TSS wheels are manufactured using a precision flow-forging process that forms and strengthens the wheel barrel while optimizing material distribution. This produces a strong, durable wheel structure engineered for the weight and performance demands of the Tesla Model X. Compared with conventional gravity-cast construction, flow forging can improve barrel strength and material efficiency. The TSS 20x9" wheel weighs 31.1 lbs, and each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating, combining robust construction with a distinctive Arachnid-inspired design.

20-Inch OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup matches the diameter of the factory Model X 20-inch wheels, and the staggered package matches the factory wheel widths and tire sizes, preserving a balanced ride, range and handling while delivering a distinctive aftermarket appearance. Compared with the factory 22-inch wheels, it offers a softer ride, more range and taller sidewalls that help protect the wheels from potholes and curbs. The 265/45R20 front and 275/45R20 rear tires are the factory Model X 20-inch sizes.

Arachnid Inspired Design

The TSS chiseled triangular spoke wheel design was inspired by Tesla Arachnid wheels. A look that immediately evokes a sporty and upgraded vibe, this is a timeless look that Tesla owners continue to love. The split five-spoke design achieves good looks while allowing for lightweight wheels.

Tesla Compatibility

Accepts factory Tesla lug nuts
Accepts factory Tesla center caps
Accepts factory Tesla TPMS sensors
Includes color-matched T Sportline center caps
No aftermarket wheel hardware required

Square or Staggered Fitment

The staggered setup uses 20x9" front and 20x10" rear wheels with 265/45R20 front and 275/45R20 rear tires—the factory Model X 20-inch tire sizes—and cannot be rotated front to rear. The 20x9" square setup is sold as wheels only and uses the same wheel size at all four corners, so tires of one size can be rotated front to rear.

Tire Comparison & Selection Guide

265/45R20 Front / 275/45R20 Rear Fitment	Choosing a Tire Model
Tire Type	Factory Model X 20-inch tire sizes	Summer, all-season, all-weather or winter
Range & Efficiency	Factory 20-inch baseline—more range than the factory 22-inch setup	Rolling resistance and tread compound vary by tire model; EV-specific tires focus on efficiency
Ride Comfort	Taller sidewall than the factory 22-inch tires	EV-specific tires with noise-cancelling foam help reduce cabin noise
Pothole Protection	More sidewall height than the factory 22-inch tires	Correct cold tire pressure is essential for maximum protection
Curb Protection	Factory 20-inch sidewall profile	Sidewall shape and rim-protector design vary by tire model
Handling & Steering	Wider rear tires for balanced, factory-like response	Summer performance tires provide the sharpest response
Dry Traction	Wider rear footprint helps put power down	Summer performance tires provide maximum warm-weather grip
Wet & Snow Traction	Depends on tire model	All-weather and dedicated winter tires offer the most cold-weather and snow capability
Tire Rotation	No front-to-rear rotation	Front and rear pairs may need replacement at different times

265/45R20 Front / 275/45R20 Rear Fitment: The factory Model X 20-inch tire sizes deliver familiar range, ride comfort and balanced handling, with taller sidewalls than the factory 22-inch tires.

Choose the tire model for your driving: Select the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV or Pilot Sport EV for maximum warm-weather grip, an all-season tire for year-round flexibility, the snow-rated Michelin CrossClimate2 all-weather tire, or Michelin X-Ice Snow or Pirelli Scorpion Winter tires for cold and snowy conditions.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 20" TSS?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 20" TSS package?
Staggered packages use 265/45R20 front and 275/45R20 rear tires, the factory Model X 20-inch tire sizes. The square 20x9" setup is sold as wheels only.

Do your TSS wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 20x9" and 20x10" TSS wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 20" TSS wheels made?
They are flow forged and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSS wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSS wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

How long until my TSS wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours unless your wheels are back-ordered. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.

How much do TSS 20-inch wheels weigh?
The TSS 20x9" wheel weighs approximately 31.1 lbs; the 20x10" weight is to be confirmed. Each flow-forged wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. Wheel weight does not include the tire, TPMS sensor or lug nuts.

Are TSS wheels the same as Tesla's factory Arachnid wheels?
No. TSS wheels are T Sportline aftermarket wheels inspired by Tesla's Arachnid wheel design. The TSS 20-inch package is engineered specifically for the Tesla Model X, with a 20x9" front / 20x10" rear staggered fitment or a square set of four 20x9" wheels.

Can I rotate my tires with the TSS 20-inch package?
Not on the staggered package: the front and rear wheels and tires use different sizes, so they cannot be rotated front to rear. The square 20x9" wheels use the same size at all four corners, so tires of one size can be rotated front to rear.

What finishes are available for TSS 20-inch wheels?
Staggered and square TSS 20-inch wheels are offered in Satin Black and Space Gray; Gloss Black is offered on the square 20x9" wheels only. Each set includes color-matched T Sportline center caps.
