Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TST wheels are manufactured using a flow forged process in a TÜV-certified facility and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in lower material strength. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup offers a sportier appearance and responsive steering feel while maintaining practical everyday usability. Compared with the factory Model S 19-inch wheels, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented appearance. They typically offer greater ride comfort and sidewall protection than the factory 21-inch package, depending on tire selection.

The 20x10" square setup uses wide 285/35R20 (non-winter) tires at all four corners for a confident stance, strong grip and front-to-rear tire rotation.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 20" TST package?
All four wheels use the same size: 285/35R20 for summer and all-season tires, or 255/40R20 for winter tires. Choose Falken Azenis FK510 and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tires, BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S Plus and Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 all-season tires, or Michelin X-Ice Snow and Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 winter tires.

Do your TST wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 20x10" TST wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 20" TST wheels made?
They are flow forged, tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards and manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TST wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TST wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only.
