Upgrade your Tesla Model S with the T Sportline TS117 20-inch fully forged wheel and tire package. The TS117 brings a bold, performance-focused multi-spoke design to the Model S, with sharply sculpted spokes and an open architecture that puts the brakes on display. Precision forged from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined for a strong, lightweight monoblock construction, the TS117 offers OEM+ bolt-on compatibility. Choose a square 20x10-inch setup with 285/35R20 (non-winter) tires at all four corners for tire rotation, or a staggered 20x10-inch front and 20x11-inch rear setup with 285/35R20 front and 305/30R20 or wider 315/30R20 rear tires for a performance stance and extra rear traction. The 20x10-inch wheels use a +33mm offset and the 20x11-inch wheels a +40mm offset. Each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The seven finish options are Satin Black, Gloss Black, Anthracite Gray, Cyber Bronze, Brushed Clear, Diamond Black and Custom Finish. Each TS117 wheel is fully forged from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined to reduce unnecessary mass while retaining a robust structure for high-torque Tesla driving. Each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The design was evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load, and the wheel is tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards and manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility. Fully forged construction emphasizes strength-to-weight performance, crisp handling and a refined performance look.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup offers a sportier appearance and responsive steering feel while maintaining practical everyday usability. Compared with the factory Model S 19-inch wheels, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented appearance. They typically offer greater ride comfort and sidewall protection than the factory 21-inch package, depending on tire selection.

Choose the square 20x10" setup with 285/35R20 (non-winter) tires at all four corners for tire rotation, or the staggered 20x10" front / 20x11" rear setup with 285/35R20 front and 305/30R20 or wider 315/30R20 rear tires for a performance stance.

Square or Staggered Fitment

The 20x10" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. The staggered setup uses 20x10" front and 20x11" rear wheels with 285/35R20 front and 305/30R20 rear tires, or wider 315/30R20 rear tires for maximum rear traction. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only.
