Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TS5 wheels are manufactured using a flow forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located on inside the driver side door jam). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21 mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Do your TS5 wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 18x8.5" TS5 wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS and your factory lug nuts. In other words, there's no need to use any aftermarket hardware.

How are the 18" TS5 wheels made?
They are flow forged. They are tested to the JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TS5 wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TS5 wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
