18-Inch Ride Comfort

The 18-inch wheel and 235/45R18 tire combination provides more sidewall than the Model 3's larger 19-inch and 20-inch factory wheel packages, helping absorb sharp impacts from rough pavement and potholes while providing additional protection from curb contact.

Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TST wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass and preserve range.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located on inside the driver side door jam). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21 mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 18" TST?
No. Factory Aero Covers and hubcaps only fit their corresponding factory wheels.

Does the 18" TST use the same tire size as the factory 18" Model 3 wheel?
Yes. This package uses the factory-size 235/45R18 tire.

Do TST wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes. The 18x8.5" TST wheels accept factory Tesla center caps, factory lug nuts, factory TPMS sensors and factory-size 235/45R18 tires. No aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 18" TST wheels made?
They are flow forged and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TST wheels?
That is an aesthetic decision. All TST wheels include T Sportline color-matched center caps.

What is the warranty on TST wheels?

How long until my TST wheels arrive after ordering?
We normally process orders within 72 hours unless the wheels are back-ordered. Please allow approximately 1–7 business days of transit time after receiving a tracking number. We will contact you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Will installing this Wheel & Tire Package void my Tesla warranty?
Installing aftermarket wheels and tires does not automatically void the Tesla vehicle warranty. A warranty claim may be denied only when the aftermarket component caused or contributed to the failure being claimed. This package also uses the factory-size 235/45R18 tire.
