Upgrade your Tesla Model Y with the T Sportline TSR 20-inch flow-forged wheel and tire package. Inspired by the striking wheel design of the Tesla Roadster, the TSR features an aggressive, performance-oriented multi-spoke design that complements the Model Y's modern styling. Manufactured using a precision flow-forging process, TSR wheels are lighter and stronger than Tesla's factory cast 20-inch wheels, helping reduce unsprung weight while improving strength and durability compared with those cast wheels. The 20x10-inch square configuration accommodates factory-size 255/40R20 tires or wider 275/40R20 tires for additional wheel protection and a more substantial stance. Engineered specifically for the Tesla Model Y, TSR wheels accept factory Tesla lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors, eliminating the need for special mounting hardware. Choose wheels only or a professionally mounted and balanced wheel and tire package delivered ready to install. With their Roadster-inspired design and 20-inch proportions, TSR wheels offer an ideal balance of sporty appearance, responsive handling and everyday comfort.

Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TSR wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 and TÜV standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup offers a sportier appearance and responsive steering feel while maintaining practical everyday usability. Compared with 18-inch and 19-inch setups, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented appearance. They typically offer greater ride comfort and sidewall protection than 21-inch packages, depending on tire selection.

Choose factory-size 255/40R20 tires for familiar 20-inch proportions or wider 275/40R20 tires for a more substantial stance and additional wheel protection.

Roadster Inspired Design

The TSR mesh wheel design was inspired by Tesla Roadster concept wheels. The timeless, wide split seven-spoke mesh face evokes strong performance character while presenting itself as a strong wheel ready to translate Tesla torque to the pavement.

Tesla Compatibility

Accepts factory Tesla lug nuts
Accepts factory Tesla center caps
Accepts factory Tesla TPMS sensors
Includes color-matched T Sportline center caps
No aftermarket wheel hardware required

Square Fitment & Tire Rotation

The 20x10" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose factory-size 255/40R20 tires for a familiar fitment or wider 275/40R20 tires for additional wheel protection and a more aggressive stance.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.

Are TSR wheels lighter and stronger than Tesla's factory cast 20-inch wheels?
Yes. TSR 20-inch wheels use flow-forged construction and are lighter and stronger than Tesla's factory cast 20-inch wheels. This reduces unsprung weight and provides improved wheel strength while maintaining a factory-compatible fitment. This comparison applies specifically to Tesla's cast 20-inch wheels, not its forged wheel offerings.
