Position:

Shopify & Klaviyo Product Merchandiser and Web Developer

 

We are an eCommerce-based consumer branded product company in the enthusiast automotive aftermarket for electric vehicles. We are a rapidly growing organization, with an extensive product roadmap.  We are seeking an experienced Shopify product merchandiser with a passion for building and launching first-class product listings, someone who will thrive in a collaborative environment.

The position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of multiple websites (branded product site, ecom sites, B2B site).  We prioritize excellence in design, product navigation strategy, user journey & experience, and SEO. 

 

What You Will Be Doing

• Theme management and development of multiple ecommerce websites
• Join a growing team and collaborate with current designers and developers
• Editing/building Shopify product, collections, pages, and navigation
• Light web development / editing, including HTML5, CSS3+
• Help implementing Shopify Apps and APIs and similar connections or apps

 

Qualifications

• Direct experience creating and editing front end direct-to-consumer ecom pages for branded consumer goods
• Significant Shopify experience with proven ability to edit themes, pages, and more
• Self sufficient graphic design skills (Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Experience with modern web markup, including HTML5, CSS3+, and preprocessing languages is a bonus, not required
• Experience with scripting and JavaScript frameworks is a bonus, not required
• Organized and prioritized mentality who utilizes project management tool (Click-Up) 
• Experience with Klaviyo desired, not required

 

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Min 2+ years of direct experience in Shopify editing and managment
• Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
• Enjoy with working in a fast-paced environment and juggling dozens of projects concurrently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of website components.  “Take ownership” mentality, proactively solving problems as they arise
• A utility player mentality who is enthusiastic about learning new skills and generating innovative solutions to solve work challenges and identify opportunities
• A confident, friendly, positive attitude that shows everything you do as a welcome opportunity to learn more about the electric vehicle aftermarket
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders
• Passion for cars and electric vehicles, experience modifying cars preferred 
• Knowledge of SQL and database is a plus
• Experience with PHP/XML/Soap/JSON a plus
• Experience with ERP is a plus
