    Job Title: Product & Project Manager

    Location: Atlanta, GA (In Office)
    Employment Type: Full Time
    Reports To: VP Product / Engineering


    About the Role

    We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Product & Project Manger to support the full lifecycle of our products—from concept and design through sourcing, launch, and ongoing management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working cross-functionally, and balancing technical problem-solving with project and product ownership.


    Key Responsibilities

    Product Development

      • Contribute to new product definition and testing, from early concepts through production-ready designs
      • Create and review specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation
      • Support team efforts with prototyping, testing, and iteration based on feedback and requirements

    Sourcing & Manufacturing

      • Identify, evaluate, and work with suppliers and manufacturers
      • Support sourcing decisions by balancing cost, quality, lead time, and scalability
      • Assist with supplier onboarding, sample reviews, and production readiness
      • Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues in collaboration with vendors

    Product & Project Management

      • Manage products through their lifecycle, including updates, improvements, and end-of-life planning
      • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, design, and external partners
      • Track timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
      • Support documentation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Serve as a technical and organizational bridge between internal teams and external partners
      • Communicate clearly about trade-offs, constraints, and decisions
      • Support product launches and post-launch improvements


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
    • Minimum 3+ years experience working in similar capacity for a consumer product company, preferably in the automotive space
    • Familiarity with consumer / automotive product development processes and supplier/manufacturer collaboration
    • Strong organizational, project management, problem solving skills
    • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience sourcing products or working directly with overseas or domestic manufacturers
    • Experience with consumer products, hardware, or physical goods
    • Exposure to cost analysis, BOM management, or supply chain operations
    • Experience in a company that sells DTC / Retail
    • Experience working in Netsuite and Shopify
