This combo will bolt right onto any Tesla Model Y without modifications and immediately transform your Model Y into a capable overlander. The T Sportline 18” TSR flow forged wheel not only looks great, it provides upgraded strength over stock, suitable for the harshness that accompanies overland and off-road terrains. Thanks to TSR’s flow forged structure, the wheels also net a weight savings vs factory cast Tesla wheels. The resulting reduction in unsprung weight aids in improving suspension stability during overlanding. Ride comfort quality is also improved with 18" tires, due to the added sidewall (+0.450") cushion. The 18" tire package creates the most cushion to safeguard against damage while overlanding. The 4.8" tall sidewall also reduces the likelihood of 'curbing' your wheels, as commonly occurs on lower profile / larger diameter setups.
The specified tires are properly load rated for the Tesla Model Y. Increased grip and confidence is what we're after! Designed to perform on and off road, in dry, wet, and snowy conditions, the rubber compound increases grip off-road while also resisting cuts and chips to prolong the tire's tread life. Stone ejectors within the grooves force out rocks and other debris for consistent traction, and the extra lateral grooves further boost traction on any surface, while 3D multi-wave sipes enhance traction in wet and snowy weather. Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 18" TSR?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.
How will this tire size change impact my speedometer?
The change is practically unnoticeable. Tire sizes vary a little as the tire wears, so this is not unusual. When we tested the speedometer vs a GPS speed reading, the speed matched or occasionally varied by 1-2mph. This is a non-issue. The Tesla speed control, auto-steer, and auto-pilot will not be adversely effected.
Do your TSR wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 18x8.5" TSR wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS and your factory lug nuts. In other words, there's no need to use any aftermarket hardware.
How are the 18" TSR wheels made?
They are Flow Forged. The 18x8.5" TSR wheels are manufactured in a Flow Forged process. They are tested to the JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 & TÜV standard.
Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSR wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSR Wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps. For those who purchase Satin Gray or Satin Black finish, we recommend purchasing our Lug Nut Cap Covers in Black for a stealth appearance.

How long until my TSR wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours (unless your wheels are back-ordered). Please allow for 1-7 business days transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.
Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
