We require a $250 core exchange, which is refunded to you when we receive your factory flip door panel.

Here's how the Core Exchange Fee & Return Policy works: The flip door panel you are purchasing contains a component that is reusable. When your original flip door panel is returned to us, the Core Exchange Fee is refunded to you. Your original flip door panel must be shipped back to us no later than 2 weeks after receipt of your panel, or you agree to forfeit the Core Exchange Fee.

Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the $250 core refund.
