We require a $250 core exchange for custom flip door and sliding tray panels, which is refunded to you when we receive your factory flip door (and sliding tray panel, if applicable) panel(s).

Here's how the Core Exchange Fee & Return Policy works: The panels you are purchasing contains a component that is reusable. When your original flip door panel (and sliding tray panel, if applicable) is returned to us, the Core Exchange Fee is refunded to you. Your original flip door panel (and sliding tray panel, if applicable) must be shipped back to us no later than 2 weeks after receipt of your panel, or you agree to forfeit the Core Exchange Fee.

Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the $250 core refund.
