Upgrade your Tesla Model 3 with the T Sportline TSS 20-inch wheel and tire package. Inspired by Tesla's iconic Arachnid wheel, the TSS features a chiseled triangular split-five-spoke design, flow-forged construction and precise bolt-on compatibility with factory Tesla lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors. Choose 20x8.5-inch square fitment with factory-size 235/35R20 tires or 245/35R20 tires for extra wheel protection, or a staggered 20x8.5-inch front and 20x10-inch rear setup with 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear tires to tailor your Model 3 for sharp everyday performance or an aggressive staggered stance. The 20-inch package delivers the sportiest look and the sharpest steering response of the Model 3 wheel sizes, with a firmer ride than 18-inch and 19-inch setups. Choose the square setup for the factory 20-inch tire size and front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose the staggered setup for wider rear tires and a more aggressive performance stance.

Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TSS wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

20-Inch Sporty OEM+ Balance

The 20-inch setup delivers the sportiest appearance and the sharpest steering feel of the Model 3 wheel sizes, matching the diameter of the factory Model 3 Performance 20-inch wheels with a distinctive aftermarket design. Compared with 18-inch and 19-inch setups, 20-inch wheels generally provide a firmer ride and a more performance-oriented look. Choose 245/35R20 tires for additional sidewall and wheel protection, or the staggered setup for a wider-rear performance stance.

Arachnid Inspired Design

The TSS chiseled triangular spoke wheel design was inspired by Tesla Arachnid wheels. A look that immediately evokes a sporty and upgraded vibe, this is a timeless look that Tesla owners continue to love. The split five-spoke design achieves good looks while allowing for lightweight wheels.

Square or Staggered Fitment

The 20x8.5" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose factory-size 235/35R20 tires for a familiar fitment, or 245/35R20 tires for additional sidewall height and wheel protection. The staggered setup uses 20x8.5" front and 20x10" rear wheels with 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear tires, creating an aggressive, wider-rear stance. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Choose Square 235/35R20 if your priority is: Factory-size fitment, maximum range, everyday handling and tire rotation.

Choose Square 245/35R20 if your priority is: Extra sidewall and wheel protection, a slightly softer ride and tire rotation.

Choose Staggered 235/35R20 + 275/30R20 if your priority is: An aggressive wider-rear stance and more rear grip with factory-size front tires.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
