Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TSS wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

19-Inch Ride Comfort

Downsizing from the factory 20-inch or 22-inch Model X wheels to a 19-inch wheel creates room for a taller tire sidewall, helping absorb sharp impacts from rough pavement and potholes while providing additional protection from curb contact. The 265/50R19 tire keeps an overall diameter close to the factory tires, and the 255/55R19 overland option adds even more sidewall for a rugged stance.

Arachnid Inspired Design

The TSS chiseled triangular spoke wheel design was inspired by Tesla Arachnid wheels. A look that immediately evokes a sporty and upgraded vibe, this is a timeless look that Tesla owners continue to love. The split five-spoke design achieves good looks while allowing for lightweight wheels.

Square Fitment & Tire Rotation

The 19x8.5" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation, unlike the factory staggered 20-inch and 22-inch Model X setups. Choose 265/50R19 tires for responsive everyday driving and the widest tire selection, or 255/55R19 overland tires for a taller sidewall and more rugged stance.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
