Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TSR wheels are manufactured using a flow forged process in a TÜV-certified facility and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in lower material strength. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage.

21-Inch Performance Stance

The 21-inch setup delivers the most performance-focused appearance and sharpest steering response of the Model S wheel sizes. Compared with 19-inch and 20-inch setups, 21-inch wheels use lower-profile tires, which generally provide a firmer ride and less sidewall protection against potholes and curbs.

The staggered 21x9.5" front / 21x10.5" rear setup uses the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes—265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear—for a performance stance and extra rear traction.

Roadster Inspired Design

The TSR mesh wheel design was inspired by Tesla Roadster concept wheels. The timeless, wide split seven-spoke mesh face evokes performance character while presenting itself as a strong wheel ready to translate Tesla torque to the pavement.

Staggered Fitment

The staggered setup uses 21x9.5" front and 21x10.5" rear wheels with the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes, 265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear, creating an aggressive performance stance. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.

Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.

When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).

After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.

Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.

Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 21" TSR package?
The staggered package uses the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes: 265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear. Choose Falken Azenis FK510 or Michelin Pilot Sport 4S T2 summer tires, or Goodyear Eagle Sport All Season T0 or Hankook iON evo AS all-season tires.

Do your TSR wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 21x9.5" and 21x10.5" TSR wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 21" TSR wheels made?
They are flow forged, tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards and manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSR wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSR wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

How long until my TSR wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours unless your wheels are back-ordered. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only.
