Replace Factory Long Studs for Proper Spacer Fitment

Many Tesla vehicles come equipped with factorylong "bull-nose" lug studs on the rear hubs. These extended studs are primarily used during Tesla's assembly process to simplify wheel installation on the production line. While effective for manufacturing, they can create fitment issues when installing 15mm or 20mm thick integrated stud typewheel spacers, as the excess stud length may interfere with the wheel's lug pockets and prohibit the wheel from seating properly.

The T Sportline Short Lug Stud Kit replaces these factory long studs with OEM-grade short-length flush tip lug studs, providing the proper clearance needed for thicker wheel spacers while maintaining factory-quality fit and strength.

Why Upgrade?

If you're installing 15mm, 18mm, or 20mm wheel spacers, replacing the factory long studs helps eliminate interference with the back of the wheel, ensuring proper seating and secure installation. This simple upgrade is recommended whenever the factory extended studs prevent your spacers and wheels from fitting correctly.  These will NOT work with 10mm Spacers.
