T Sportline is pleased to offer replacement wheel lug nut studs for all Tesla Model 3, Y, S, and X.   Our lug studs are the proper size and specification for Tesla OEM lug stud replacement.  As a wheel company, we are pleased to offer three different lengths to cover all scenarios (Stock replacement, shorter than stock, longer than stock).   All our wheel lug nut stud kits are direct replacement, no modifications needed.   

Lug Stud Length Offerings:

• Stock Replacement Lug Studs: These lug studs are the same nominal size as factory Tesla lug studs.  These work with factory Tesla wheels and T Sportline wheels (when no spacers are used).
• Extended Length Lug Studs (Long): These are specifically for use with wheel spacers which do NOT feature integrated lug studs, up to 10mm thick spacers.  
• Short Length Lug Studs:  Many Tesla vehicles come equipped with long "bull-nose" lug studs on the rear hubs. These extended studs are primarily used during Tesla's assembly process to simplify wheel installation on the production line. While effective for manufacturing, they can create fitment issues when installing 15mm or 20mm thick integrated stud type wheel spacers, as the excess stud length may interfere with the wheel's lug pockets and prohibit the wheel from seating properly. The T Sportline Short Lug Stud Kit replaces these factory long studs with OEM-grade short-length flush tip lug studs, providing the proper clearance needed for thicker wheel spacers while maintaining factory-quality fit and lug nut thread engagement.
