    Shipping & Handling

    Thank you for your order! T Sportline works diligently to accurately ship all orders as soon as possible.  You will receive an order confirmation email from T Sportline within an hour of placing your order (check your spam box if necessary).  At this point, we have your order prioritized in the processing queue.  Small packages typically ship within 1 business day of ordering.  Wheel and Tire package orders are custom assembled for every order.  The tire mounting and balancing is completed in-house at T Sportline and is typically completed within 2 business days of ordering.  During holidays or promotional sale times, order processing may be delayed based on volume.  Rest assured, your order is very important to us and we do everything possible to process and ship your order accurately and as quickly as possible!  Once your order is processed, a confirming email with tracking number(s) will be emailed to you.  It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to register and show delivery status updates, depending on the carrier.  Occasionally, the carrier will be delayed in updating status.

    All of our orders are shipped via US Mail (2-7 business days for transit), FEDEX Ground (2-7 days for transit), or UPS (2-days days for transit). All shipments have a tracking number with the respective shipping carrier. The shipping & handling fee is based flat rate, and calculated during checkout of your order. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or it will be disclosed in the product description upon purchase. 

    The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon tender to the carrier. T Sportline will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked "delivered" shipments after your order is picked up from our warehouse and in possession of the shipping carrier.

    If your package arrives with substantial damage to the outside packaging, you must take clear photos and submit the images to T Sportline Customer Service: within 72 hours of receiving your package for our records. Keep these photos, as you will need them to file a claim with the shipping courier.

    If the contents inside are damaged, you will need to open and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once the product leaves our warehouses, T Sportline is not liable for any damages during transit.

    Orders over $175 require a signature upon delivery.


    International Shipping

    T Sportline ships worldwide. International Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees and all other import costs in their respective country. T Sportline only charges for shipping & handling.

    Notification of Damage, Wrong Items or Missing Items
    Packaging: T Sportline takes great care in ensuring your items are well protected and uses the proper packaging and insulation to protect your item(s) from damage. If any packaging seems to be damaged in transit, you agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We suggest you have the delivery agent notate that a package is damaged. You MUST keep all packaging and insulation for us to file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.

    Items: Sometimes freight companies mishandle packages and damage may not be visible on your package. You agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery if items are damaged upon inspection, or if you have received the wrong item.

    Return Policy

    T Sportline wants you to take comfort in knowing that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days of item(s) receipt. *Exceptions apply, see below:

    • Products must be unused and in the condition they were received within original or comparable packaging.
    • Wheels: If you mount tires on wheels, they are deemed used and non-refundable.
    • Wheel & Tire Packages: Are non-refundable. Our tire distributor does not consider tires 'unused' once we mount them to wheels (we cannot return tires to our distributor once we mount them for you).
    • Each Custom-Made Floor Mats and All Seat Upgrade Kits are custom made-to-order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • Any products that require paint such as our Front Bumper Refresh is deemed used once painted. Painted products including our Front Bumper Refresh are non-refundable.
    • You agree to be responsible for return shipping and handling cost.
    • Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.  Original shipping fees are never refundable.  
    • Core Refund: Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the core refund.
    • Refunds will be made at the actual price paid (reflecting any applied promotions or discounts or credits).  Original shipping fees are never refundable.  If free or discounted promotional items were part of the original purchase, those items must also be returned or their retail price or retail price difference will be deducted from any refunds.

    If you purchase an item(s) from us when it was not on sale you may be eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of the date you placed your order. No sales adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

    If you made a purchase and received a discount (ie. Free Shipping), you are not eligible for a sale price adjustment should a better sale come out afterwards.

    Tire Return and Refund Policy

    If you find any error with your tire order, please call customer service at 310-880-3256 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you.

    Return for Refund or Exchange

    All returns first require issuing a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions confirmed by T Sportline (we will confirm the return address).  Call customer service at 310-880-3256 for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.  All returns are subject to inspection by a T Sportline returns specialist and are accepted only within 30 days of delivery.  Only undamaged, unused, never installed or attempted to be installed, never driven on, with original manufacturer labels intact, and not damaged in any way tires are eligible for return.

    After return, tires must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided.  Allow 3-5 business days after receipt of returned tires to process the credit. 

    Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

    • Refund original purchase price less all freight charges incurred and 10% re-stocking fee.
    • Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.  No shipping charge is ever refundable.  
    • Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.

    CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a return authorization number and more information on return shipments.

    Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

    Manufacturer's Warranties

    Tires covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty, if such a case arises.

    Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.



    We, as the manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect and test any structural integrity claims with respect to our exterior accessories, interior accessories, suspension, and wheels.


    Sales Price Adjustment

    If you purchase an item(s) from us when it was not on sale you may be eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of the date you placed your order. No sales adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

    If you made a purchase and received a discount (ie. Free Shipping), you are not eligible for a sale price adjustment should a better sale come out afterwards.


    Received Incorrect or Defective Items

    In case you received the wrong items or believe you have a product with a manufacturer defect, you are requested to contact us as within 72 hours of receiving your order with T Sportline Customer Service: You will be asked for photo documentation and a description of what was wrong with the order. Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund. We reserve the right to investigate and make the final decision on all claims.  


    Shipping Cost

    We incur administrative costs when receiving and processing your Purchase. We also incur costs for packaging and restocking your product if you return your Purchase. As a result, you may return your order, but your shipping cost will not be refunded.

    If you reject attempted delivery of your order, and the products are returned to us you agree to be responsible for the return Shipping Cost. If you received a "Free Shipping" promotion on your order, you acknowledge that the return Shipping Cost will be based on our standard flat rate shipping costs of each respective item in your order.   

    You acknowledge that the Shipping Cost is a fair and reasonable estimate of the actual damages that we have incurred or may incur, costs that are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine.


    Local Services

    If you purchase any of our Local Custom Services including but not limited to Window Tint, Xpel Paint Protection Film, Chrome Delete, Complete Vehicle Wrap, Painted Calipers, these Custom Services once completed and installed are non refundable. Should a repair deem necessary it will be covered by our warranty and needs to be done at our facility.
