    Position:

    Technical Support Associate

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Work directly with customers through all communications channels including walk-in, phone, email, chat, messaging, social post commenting
    • Serve happiness and solutions to customers, regardless of the situation
    • Answer technical questions about T Sportline products, installation, usage
    • Work collaboratively with T Sportline Engineering department to root cause problems and make improvements to products, whenever possible
    • Use basic smart phone photo and video shooting skills, adequate for visually communicating with customers
    • Develop skills for navigating our back-end software systems for order entry, order and tracking look-up, and product inventory research
    • This job is full-time 'in office', not 'work from home'

     

    Who You Are 

    • Experience dealing with retail customers (e-com or store)
      • You are comfortable and good at talking on the phone with customers
      • You are good at typing responses & use proper grammar and spelling
      • You are comfortable and remain calm when dealing with customers
      • You are happy to chat with customers in person in our showroom
    • Passion and patience for working with customers and helping solve technical problems
    • Tech savvy, up to speed on smart phones, consumer electronics, car parts and accessories, automotive enthusiast parts
    • Cars and electric vehicles, experience modifying cars preferred
    • Entry level, we can train you - or preferred 2+ years of experience in working in customer service
    • Experience in working with an ecommerce-based enthusiast product company preferred
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, not required
      • Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
      • Excellent grammar and spelling skills and ability to use tools to ensure communication quality
      • Reasonably proficient on social media platforms
      • Enjoy with working in a fast-paced environment
      • Organized with strong project management ability
      • Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross functional departments to produce the best content possible.
      • Ability to travel occasionally to shows and events.

      Compensation

      • Competitive based on experience and talent 
        • Opportunity to grow into supervisor / managerial role
      • Base pay plus uncapped commission on sales
