Position:
Technical Support Associate
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers through all communications channels including walk-in, phone, email, chat, messaging, social post commenting
- Serve happiness and solutions to customers, regardless of the situation
- Answer technical questions about T Sportline products, installation, usage
- Work collaboratively with T Sportline Engineering department to root cause problems and make improvements to products, whenever possible
- Use basic smart phone photo and video shooting skills, adequate for visually communicating with customers
- Develop skills for navigating our back-end software systems for order entry, order and tracking look-up, and product inventory research
- This job is full-time 'in office', not 'work from home'
Who You Are
- Experience dealing with retail customers (e-com or store)
- You are comfortable and good at talking on the phone with customers
- You are good at typing responses & use proper grammar and spelling
- You are comfortable and remain calm when dealing with customers
- You are happy to chat with customers in person in our showroom
- Passion and patience for working with customers and helping solve technical problems
- Tech savvy, up to speed on smart phones, consumer electronics, car parts and accessories, automotive enthusiast parts
- Cars and electric vehicles, experience modifying cars preferred
- Entry level, we can train you - or preferred 2+ years of experience in working in customer service
- Experience in working with an ecommerce-based enthusiast product company preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, not required
- Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills and ability to use tools to ensure communication quality
- Reasonably proficient on social media platforms
- Enjoy with working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with strong project management ability
- Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross functional departments to produce the best content possible.
- Ability to travel occasionally to shows and events.

Compensation
- Competitive based on experience and talent

- Base pay plus uncapped commission on sales
