    Refund policy

    T Sportline wants you to take comfort in knowing that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days of item(s) receipt. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AS-IS, or NON-RETURNABLE. *Exceptions apply, see below:

     

    • Wheels: If you mount tires on wheels, they are deemed used and non-refundable.
    • Wheel & Tire Packages: Are non-refundable. Our tire distributor does not consider tires 'unused' once we mount them to wheels (we cannot return tires to our distributor once we mount them for you).
    • Tires: If you mount tires on wheels, tires are deemed used and non-refundable.  Never mounted tires must retain original manufacturer labels and never have been attempted to mount.  All returned tire will be reviewed by a tire specialist, please allow for 3-5 days additionally.  
    • Each Custom-Made Floor Mats and All Seat Upgrade Kits are custom made-to-order and therefore non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • All DIY Wrap / PPF / Tint Kits are custom made-to-order and therefore non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • Any products that require paint such as our Front Bumper Refresh, any Body Kit, or Body Panel is deemed used once painted. Painted products including our Front Bumper Refresh are non-refundable.
    • Electronics & Screens: Once installed or used, goods will be returnable only within 30 days of delivery for store credit.  All related components originally included with the electronics / screens (hardware, wire harnesses, screens, mounts, manuals, box) must be returned, along with the original box. Store credit will be issued after returned goods are received and confirmed complete.
    • Core Refund: Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will not be returned (we will discard) to you and you will not be eligible for the core refund.
    • Refunds will be made at the actual price paid (reflecting any applied promotions or discounts or credits). Original shipping and insurance fees are never refundable. If free or discounted promotional items were part of the original purchase, those items must also be returned or their retail price or retail price difference will be deducted from any refunds.
    • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account, after issuing refund. Original shipping and insurance fees are never refundable.

     

    If you purchase an item(s) from us when it was not on sale you may be eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of the date you placed your order. No sales adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

    If you made a purchase and received a discount (ie. Free Shipping), you are not eligible for a sale price adjustment should a better sale come out afterwards.


    Return for Refund or Exchange

    All returns first require issuing a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions confirmed by T Sportline (we will confirm the return address). Call customer service at 310-880-3256 for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. All returns are subject to inspection by a T Sportline returns specialist and are accepted only within 30 days of delivery. Only undamaged, unused, never installed or attempted to be installed, never driven on, with original manufacturer labels intact, and not damaged in any way tires are eligible for return.

     

    Packaging Requirements
    Items must be carefully and thoroughly packaged to prevent damage in return transit. Inadequate or careless packaging is a common cause of freight damage, and any resulting damage, losses or missing items will be deducted from your refund. Please do not ship anything back without ensuring the contents are properly and fully protected and secure.

     

    Return Shipping Options
    We offer return shipping labels with full insurance coverage available for purchase (the cost will be advised and deducted from your refund).We strongly recommend opting for these labels as carriers like UPS / FedExdo not cover damage or loss unless insurance is purchased. Also, purchasing a label from us can be more cost effective than purchasing your own labels from the carrier.  Note: If a return is lost or arrives damaged and was not insured, unfortunately the loss will be the customer's responsibility.  

     

    Alternative to Returning (Most cost effective for customer)
    In many cases, we’ve found that customers get better value by reselling the items locally via platforms like Facebook Marketplace. This can often be less expensive, faster, and carries none of the risks involved with shipping returns.

     

    Inspection Upon Return

    All returned items will be inspected for the following:

    - Physical damage (including cosmetic damage, scuffs, scratches)

    - Missing parts or hardware or decals or documents or etc.

    - Any evidence of use, installation, or partial installation


    Any of the above issues will result in a partial refund, with deductions made accordingly.  Refund credit amount will be calculated as follows:
    • Refund original purchase price less all freight charges incurred and 10% re-stocking fee.
    • Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused or return to sender shipments. No shipping charge is ever refundable.
    • Credits will be issued to the credit card or gift card used on the order.


    Chargeback Processing Fee

    In the event a chargeback is initiated by a customer, we immediately incur non-recoverable fees from the credit card issuer and processor along with administrative expenses to process the claim.  We will deduct a 15% chargeback administration and processing fee from any subsequent refunds.

     

    CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

    If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a return authorization number and more information on return shipments.  Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.


    Manufacturer's Warranties

    Tires covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty, if such a case arises.  Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


    Claims

    We, as the manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect and test any structural integrity claims with respect to our exterior accessories, interior accessories, suspension, and wheels.


    Received Incorrect or Defective Items

    In case you received the wrong items or believe you have a product with a manufacturer defect, you are requested to contact us as within 72 hours of receiving your order with T Sportline Customer Service: customerservice@tsportline.com. You will be asked for photo documentation and a description of what was wrong with the order. Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund. We reserve the right to investigate and make the final decision on all claims.


    Shipping Cost

    We incur administrative costs when receiving and processing your Purchase. We also incur costs for packaging and restocking your product if you return your Purchase. As a result, you may return your order, but your shipping cost will not be refunded.  If you reject attempted delivery of your order, and the products are returned to us you agree to be responsible for the return Shipping Cost. If you received a "Free Shipping" promotion on your order, you acknowledge that the return Shipping Cost will be based on our standard flat rate shipping costs of each respective item in your order.  You acknowledge that the Shipping Cost is a fair and reasonable estimate of the actual damages that we have incurred or may incur, costs that are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine.


    Local Services

    If you purchase any of our Local Custom Services including but not limited to Product Installations, Window Tint, Xpel Paint Protection Film, Chrome Delete, Complete Vehicle Wrap, Painted Calipers, these Custom Services once completed and installed are non refundable.     Pricing

    All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.  We may offer from time to time promotions on the Website that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
