    Introduction: 

    T Sportline is growing fast!  We're on track to open a new HQ and distribution center in Atlanta (1660 Chattahoochee Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318).  Join the leadership team now and take the lead on creating and executing the facility warehouse and operations build-out and staff-up.  This is a rare chance to join a rocketing company and leverage your experience and creativity to build a world-class automotive aftermarket product e-commerce operation.   The Warehouse & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing both Atlanta and Downey, California operations. 

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Plan, create, and build the warehouse operations!
    • Lead the creation and execution of building-out the Atlanta warehouse operation.  Starting from scratch, from planning to procuring racks and equipment, to managing contractors and hiring a crew.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including: Receiving(freight), returns, picking, packing, and outbound shipping
    • Oversee tire/wheel mounting and balancing operations, safety, and quality
    • Collaborate with executive team to develop scalable growth plans
    • Continuously refine processes and work to improve overall company performance
    • Manage accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts & physical counts
    • Manage both local and remote facility operations teams
    • Build and manage relationship with freight & warehouse supplies companies
    • Build warehouse team by hiring and retaining quality talent
    • Coach, motivate, develop and manage warehouse associates
    • Lead by example (roll the sleeves up mentality) and promote a cooperative winning team attitude
    • Manage key projects and execute as planned
    • Manage building facilities as it relates to safety, maintenance, repairs and cleanliness; always ensures safe working conditions in the facility
    • Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is maintained


    Who You Are

    • A creator, builder, thinker, and doer.  A leader and partner.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field preferred
    • 5 or more years of supervisory experience in direct-to-consumer warehouse distribution environment (daily shipments, maintaining KPIs for performance)
    • Aftermarket automotive experience and passion preferred
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop a collaborative team
    • WMS Proficiency experience required
    • Proficiency in FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL carrier platforms
    • Proficiency in a tech-based environment, Shopify, Microsoft Office, Slack, Click-up, etc.
    • Experience in inventory control management
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to function with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and a process- improvement approach
    • Willingness to change and lead others through change
    • Ability to travel occasionally to other company facilities
