Ride comfort quality is also improved with 18" tires, due to the added sidewall (0.300") cushion. The 18" tire package creates the most cushion to safeguard against pot-hole damage. The 4.8" tall sidewall also reduces the likelihood of 'curbing' your wheels, as commonly occurs on lower profile / larger diameter setups.

The TSH Directional wheel uses side-specific aerodynamic slots around the outer wheel face. The directional design is optimized for the appropriate side of the vehicle to help reduce drag around the wheel area.
Downsizing to an 18-inch wheel creates room for a taller tire sidewall, helping absorb sharp impacts from rough pavement and potholes while providing additional protection from curb contact.
TSH Directional wheels are manufactured using a flow forged process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards.
The 18x8.5" square setup uses the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation.

No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.
Do your TSH Directional wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 18x8.5" TSH Directional wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS and your factory lug nuts. In other words, there's no need to use any aftermarket hardware.
How are the 18" TSH Directional wheels made?
They are flow forged. They are tested to the JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 & TÜV standard.
Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSH Directional wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSH Directional Wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
