T Sportline’s Tesla Model 3 Track Package is a specific wheel and tire package designed to give you maximum cornering, acceleration, and braking tire grip, along with high-speed stability for the best racing course or lap times. This kit will allow you to spare and preserve your daily use wheel and tire setup, keeping the wear and tear on your ‘racing wheels and tires’, while dramatically improving your racing performance at the same time. This setup is performance optimized for enthusiast-based autocross, x-cross, time-attack, SCCA events, road courses, road racing, short track and circle track racing.
Wheels
We have specified the lightest weight flow forged wheel we offer, TS5, measuring a racing compliant “same as stock” 18x8.5” and weighing 22lbs (versus factory cast wheels: 19” Model 3 sport wheels weigh 25lbs, 20” Model 3 sport wheels weigh 28.75lbs, 20” Model 3 Überturbine wheels weigh 32lbs). Tires
The Toyo Proxes R888R Competition Tires are 245/40/18 (25.7” diameter), measuring about 2.2% shorter than factory 235/45/18 (26.3” diameter), which will improve the gear ratio for maximum acceleration. Credit goes to a new tread design and an improved contact patch that puts even more rubber on the track. The tires feature R-compound treads that warm up quickly for high levels of grip. Internal construction of the tire features a multi-ply Rayon casing supporting two wide high-tensile steel belts. A spirally-wound nylon reinforcement ply provides additional high-speed stability and durability. The tire is molded into an aggressive asymmetric tread pattern with large outboard shoulder blocks to provide the added lateral grip that enables track success. The T Sportline Toyos measures 3.2% wider (9.6” wide), versus factory tire width of only 9.3”, further increasing tire grip for racing. The package is fully DOT compliant (street legal), allowing the convenience of installation at home and suitable for short drives to and from the racing event in warm and dry weather (for long distance travel to racing events or during wet conditions, we recommend swapping this package on at the track). As a racing spec package, these tires are just a tad shy of the ‘load rating’ typically specified for a Model 3 18” Wheel; 98 = 1,653lbs. The Toyo R888R 245/40/18 carries a load rating of 97 = 1,609lbs. This load rating is safe for use during racing (when the car is not at full capacity with four passengers and cargo), but not recommended for extended time use with a ‘fully loaded’ Tesla Model 3 (ie. four passengers, frunk/trunk full of heavy goods, etc).
Usage recommendations for peak performance:The tires are not intended to be driven in sub-40F temperatures, nor through snow or on ice. The tires should always be stored indoors at temperatures maintained above 15F.
Hardware
As with all T Sportline wheel & tire packages, the assembly bolts on without modification, re-using original factory lug nuts and accepts factory center caps. However, as a cost savings, TPMS sensors are not included with the base package, since tire pressure is manually monitored in racing scenarios. For an optional additional charge, Tesla TPMS sensors can be added.

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 18" TS5?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.
Does your 18" TS5 take the same size tire that comes with the stock 18" Aeros / Pinwheel?
Yes
Do your TS5 wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 18x8.5" TS5 wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS, factory 235/45-18" tires, and your factory lug nuts. In other words, there's no need to use any aftermarket hardware.
How are the 18" TS5 wheels made?
They are Flow Forged. The 18x8.5" TS5 wheels are manufactured in a Flow Forged process. They are tested to the JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 & TÜV standard.
Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TS5 wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TS5 Wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps. For those who purchase Satin Gray or Satin Black finish, we recommend purchasing our Lug Nut Cap Covers in Blackfor a stealth appearance.

How long until my TS5 wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours (unless your wheels are back-ordered). Please allow for 1-7 business days transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
