Upgrade your Tesla Cybertruck with the T Sportline TCT AeroMaxx 20-inch flow-forged wheel and tire package. The TCT pairs flow-forged construction with a six-window spoke design and removable T Sportline AeroMaxx aero covers that help maximize range. The 20x9.0-inch square setup features a +55mm offset, a 32.1 lb wheel weight (33.5 lbs with the AeroMaxx cover), a 1,200 kg (2,646 lbs) load rating per wheel and tires in the factory 20-inch size, including the factory Goodyear and Pirelli options, while the square fitment allows front-to-rear tire rotation. The finish is Satin Black. TCT wheels accept factory Tesla Cybertruck lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors. TCT wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process in a TÜV-certified facility. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range. Each 20x9.0-inch TCT weighs 32.1 lbs (33.5 lbs with the AeroMaxx cover) and carries a 1,200 kg (2,646 lbs) load rating.

20-Inch Factory-Size Ride & Capability

The 20-inch setup keeps the Cybertruck's factory 20-inch wheel diameter and tire size, so trucks that came with 20-inch wheels keep their factory stance and speedometer reading. Its tall 65-series sidewall cushions rough roads and trails better than the 22- and 24-inch setups, while most tire options are load range E light-truck tires that handle potholes well.

TCT AeroMaxx Six-Window Design

The TCT pairs a six-window spoke design with removable T Sportline AeroMaxx aero covers. With the covers installed, the wheel keeps an aero-optimized perimeter face intended to reduce drag; for maximum range, T Sportline recommends using the covers. The snap-on covers latch to the wheel spokes with redundant center bolting (bolts included), similar in concept to Tesla factory aero covers, and can be removed to show the six-window design. Aero covers can scuff the spokes and other wheel surfaces they contact, as factory Tesla aero covers can, and visible marks may remain if the covers are later removed.

Set cold tire pressure to 50 psi for your 20-inch package. Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 151 lb-ft (205 Nm).
After installing new wheels, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for more than 10 minutes so the TPMS sensors can reset.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
The Cybertruck does not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Cybertruck full-size spare wheel & tire assembly to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 20" TCT?
No, the factory Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels. TCT packages include removable T Sportline AeroMaxx aero covers instead.

Does the 20" TCT use the factory Cybertruck tire size?
Yes. Most options use the factory 285/65R20 size, either as LT285/65R20 light-truck tires or the factory Pirelli Scorpion ATR 285/65R20. The Hankook iON HT uses 275/65R20, and the Bridgestone Blizzak LT and Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3 winter tires use LT275/65R20. Set cold tire pressure to 50 psi.

Do your TCT wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 20x9.0" TCT wheels fit your factory Tesla Cybertruck center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 20" TCT wheels made?
They are flow-forged wheels manufactured exclusively for T Sportline in a TÜV-certified facility.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TCT wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TCT wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
