The TSW115A features a sculpted split-five-spoke design with distinctive perimeter aero venting, combining a performance-inspired look with premium forged monoblock construction. Built specifically for the Model Y, it accepts factory Tesla lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors, and includes dual knurled bead seats to help resist tire slippage under high torque. Compared with 18-inch, 19-inch and 20-inch setups, 21-inch wheels use lower-profile tires, which generally provide a firmer ride and less sidewall protection against potholes and curbs.

      Choose a square setup with 265/35R21 tires on 21x9.5" wheels or 275/35R21 tires on 21x10.5" wheels for tire rotation, the staggered setup with the factory Model Y Performance 255/35R21 front and 275/35R21 rear tire sizes or wider 275/35R21 front and 295/35R21 rear tires, or the superwide 21x10.5" front / 21x11.5" rear setup with 295/35R21 front and 315/30R21 rear tires for maximum tire width.

      TSW115A fully forged wheels represent the next level in wheel strength, weight reduction, and performance. Each wheel is manufactured from a solid block of high-strength aluminum using a precision forging and CNC-machining process and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards.

      While our flow-forged wheels already provide a significant upgrade over typical gravity-cast factory Tesla wheels, fully forged construction takes performance even further. The forging process produces a stronger, more refined material structure, allowing us to remove additional material and reduce weight without sacrificing strength.

      The result is an exceptionally strong, lightweight wheel engineered to reduce unsprung mass, improve resistance to road-hazard damage, and help preserve vehicle efficiency and range—making fully forged TSW115A wheels our premium choice for Tesla owners seeking the highest level of wheel performance.

      • Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
      • For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
      • When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
      • After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
      • Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
      • Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

      We process orders within 72 hours when your wheels are in stock; if we do not have them in stock, lead time is typically 4–5 weeks. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

      Do you ship internationally?
      Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

      Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
      Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
