Description

Upgrade your Tesla Model X with the T Sportline MX117 21-inch fully forged wheel and tire package. The MX117 brings a bold, performance-focused multi-spoke design to the Model X, with sharply sculpted spokes and an open architecture that puts the brakes on display. The staggered 21x9.5-inch front and 21x10.5-inch rear setup features a +30mm offset and a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating per wheel, with 265/40R21 front and 285/40R21 rear tires. The 21-inch setup sits between the factory Model X 20-inch and 22-inch wheels: its lower-profile tires give a sportier look and sharper steering response than the factory 20-inch package, while its taller sidewalls help ride comfort and wheel protection compared with the factory 22-inch tires. The seven finish options are Satin Black, Gloss Black, Anthracite Gray, Cyber Bronze, Brushed Clear, Diamond Black and Custom Finish. MX117 wheels accept factory Tesla lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors. Choose a set of four wheels only or a professionally mounted and balanced wheel-and-tire package ready for installation.

Fully Forged Strength & Lightweight Design

Each MX117 wheel is fully forged from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined to reduce unnecessary mass while retaining a robust structure for high-torque Tesla driving. Each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The design was evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load, and the wheel is manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility. Fully forged construction emphasizes strength-to-weight performance, crisp handling and a refined performance look.

21-Inch Performance Stance

The 21-inch setup sits between the factory Model X 20-inch and 22-inch wheels. Its 40-series tires have a lower profile than the factory 20-inch tires, for a more performance-focused appearance and sharper steering response, and taller sidewalls than the factory 22-inch tires, which help ride comfort and protect the wheels from potholes and curbs. The 265/40R21 front and 285/40R21 rear tires keep overall diameters within 1% of the factory Model X tire sizes.

MX117 Forged Multi-Spoke Design

The MX117 features sharp, sculpted multi-spoke lines and an open wheel face that showcases the Model X brake hardware. Its fully forged construction and seven finish options make it a premium, performance-inspired alternative to factory wheels.

Staggered Fitment

The staggered setup uses 21x9.5" front and 21x10.5" rear wheels with 265/40R21 front and 285/40R21 rear tires. Because the front and rear wheel widths and tire sizes differ, staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Wet & Snow Traction	Depends on tire model	All-season tires offer more cold-weather capability than summer tires
Tire Rotation	No front-to-rear rotation	Front and rear pairs may need replacement at different times

265/40R21 Front / 285/40R21 Rear Fitment: Sits between the factory Model X 20-inch and 22-inch packages—lower-profile than the factory 20-inch tires for a sportier look and sharper response, with taller sidewalls than the factory 22-inch tires for more ride comfort and wheel protection.

Choose the tire model for your driving: Select the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV for maximum warm-weather grip, or the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 or Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season for year-round flexibility.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 21" MX117?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 21" MX117 package?
The staggered package uses 265/40R21 front and 285/40R21 rear tires.

Do your MX117 wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 21x9.5" and 21x10.5" MX117 wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 21" MX117 wheels made?
They are fully forged monoblock wheels, manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility and evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new MX117 wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All MX117 wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

What is the warranty on MX117 wheels?

How long until my MX117 wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours when your wheels are in stock; if we do not have them in stock, lead time is typically 4–5 weeks. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.

What is the load rating of the 21-inch MX117 wheel?
Each fully forged MX117 wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The 21x9.5" and 21x10.5" wheel weights are to be confirmed.

No. The front and rear wheels and tires use different sizes (21x9.5" front / 21x10.5" rear with 265/40R21 front and 285/40R21 rear tires), so the wheel and tire assemblies cannot be rotated front to rear.

Which MX117 wheel finishes are offered?
