The 21x9.5-inch and 21x10.5-inch (+30mm) wheels weigh 30.2 lbs and 31.4 lbs, and each wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. Fully Forged Strength & Lightweight Design

Each TSSF wheel is fully forged from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined to reduce unnecessary mass while retaining a robust structure for high-torque Tesla driving. The 21x9.5-inch and 21x10.5-inch (+30mm) wheels weigh 30.2 lbs and 31.4 lbs, with a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating. The design was evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load, and the wheel is tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards and manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility. Fully forged construction emphasizes strength-to-weight performance, crisp handling and a refined performance look.

21-Inch Performance Stance

The 21-inch setup delivers the most performance-focused appearance and sharpest steering response of the Model S wheel sizes. Compared with 19-inch and 20-inch setups, 21-inch wheels use lower-profile tires, which generally provide a firmer ride and less sidewall protection against potholes and curbs.

Choose a square setup with 265/35R21 tires on 21x9.5" wheels or 285/30R21 tires on 21x10.5" wheels for tire rotation, the staggered setup with the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes—265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear—or the superwide 21x10.5" front / 21x11.5" rear setup with 285/30R21 front and 325/30R21 rear tires for maximum tire width.

Arachnid Inspired Design

The TSSF chiseled triangular spoke wheel design was inspired by Tesla Arachnid wheels. A look that immediately evokes a sporty and upgraded vibe, this is a timeless look that Tesla owners continue to love. The split five-spoke design achieves good looks while allowing for lightweight wheels.

Square or Staggered Fitment

The 21x9.5" and 21x10.5" square setups use the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation with 265/35R21 or 285/30R21 tires. The 21x9.5" front / 21x10.5" rear staggered setup uses the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes, 265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear, and the 21x10.5" front / 21x11.5" rear superwide staggered setup uses 285/30R21 front and 325/30R21 rear tires. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 21" TSSF?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Which tire sizes are offered with the 21" TSSF package?
Square packages use 265/35R21 tires on 21x9.5" wheels or 285/30R21 tires on 21x10.5" wheels. Staggered packages use the factory Model S 21-inch tire sizes, 265/35R21 front and 295/30R21 rear, on 21x9.5" front and 21x10.5" rear wheels, or 285/30R21 front and 325/30R21 rear tires on superwide 21x10.5" front and 21x11.5" rear wheels.

Do your TSSF wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 21x9.5", 21x10.5" and 21x11.5" TSSF wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 21" TSSF wheels made?
They are fully forged monoblock wheels, tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards, manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility and evaluated using finite-element analysis under a 3,400 lb load.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSSF wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TSSF wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

How long until my TSSF wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours when your wheels are in stock; if we do not have them in stock, lead time is typically 4–5 weeks. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.

How much does a 21-inch TSSF wheel weigh, and what is its load rating?
The TSSF 21x9.5" wheel weighs 30.2 lbs and the 21x10.5" (+30mm) wheel weighs 31.4 lbs; 21x10.5" (+34mm) and 21x11.5" weights are to be confirmed. Each fully forged wheel carries a 900 kg (1,984 lbs) load rating.
