Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TSR wheels are manufactured using a flow forged process in a TÜV-certified facility and tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in lower material strength. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage.

19-Inch OEM+ Balance

The 19-inch setup preserves the balanced ride, efficiency and handling characteristics associated with the factory Model S 19-inch package while delivering a distinctive aftermarket appearance. It offers a softer ride and more range than 20-inch and 21-inch wheel-and-tire packages, with taller sidewalls that help protect the wheels from potholes. The factory-size staggered setup keeps the familiar Model S stance, while the square setups allow tire rotation and offer added range with 255/45R19 tires or extra grip with wider 285/40R19 tires.

Roadster Inspired Design

The TSR mesh wheel design was inspired by Tesla Roadster concept wheels. The timeless, wide split seven-spoke mesh face evokes performance character while presenting itself as a strong wheel ready to translate Tesla torque to the pavement.

Square or Staggered Fitment

The 19x9.5" and 19x10.5" square setups use the same wheel and tire size at all four corners, allowing conventional front-to-rear tire rotation. Choose 19x9.5" wheels with 255/45R19 tires for the factory front tire size at all four corners and added range, or 19x10.5" wheels with wider 285/40R19 tires for extra traction, a wider stance and more dry-road grip. The staggered setup uses 19x9.5" front and 19x10.5" rear wheels with factory-size 255/45R19 front and 285/40R19 rear tires, matching the factory Model S 19-inch fitment. Staggered wheel and tire packages cannot be rotated front to rear.

Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
For square fitments, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch. Staggered fitments cannot be rotated front to rear.
When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
After tire service, drive above 15 mph (25 km/h) for a short time to allow the TPMS readings to update.
Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

Square packages offer 255/45R19 tires on 19x9.5" wheels or wider 285/40R19 tires on 19x10.5" wheels. Staggered packages use the factory-size 255/45R19 front and 285/40R19 rear tires.

Do your TSR wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 19x9.5" and 19x10.5" TSR wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 19" TSR wheels made?
They are flow forged, tested to JWL, VIA and SAE J2530 standards and manufactured in a TÜV-certified facility.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TSR wheels?

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
