    • Description

T Sportline's TS5 18-inch Tesla Model 3 Autocross & Road Racing Track Package pairs lightweight flow-forged TS5 wheels with Toyo Proxes R888R competition tires for maximum cornering, acceleration and braking grip, along with high-speed stability for your best course and lap times. Inspired by Tesla's Zero-G Track Package wheel, the TS5 measures a racing-compliant, same-as-stock 18x8.5 inches and weighs 22.25 lbs, versus 25 lbs for the factory 19-inch Model 3 Sport wheel, 28.75 lbs for the factory 20-inch Model 3 Sport wheel and 32 lbs for the 20-inch Überturbine wheel. A dedicated track set keeps the wear off your daily wheels and tires while dramatically improving your performance at autocross, time-attack, SCCA, road-course and road-racing events. The package bolts on with your factory Tesla lug nuts, center caps and TPMS sensors. For a fully forged or custom-spec wheel or tire setup, call us at (310) 880-3256 to special order.

Lighter & Stronger Than Tesla Wheels

TS5 wheels are manufactured using a flow-forged process and tested to JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 and TÜV standards. Factory Tesla wheels are typically gravity cast, which can result in heavier wheels with lower strength-to-weight performance. Our wheels use an advanced flow-forging process to increase strength while reducing weight—helping improve resistance to road-hazard damage, reduce unsprung mass, and preserve range.

      Dedicated Track Package

This setup is optimized for enthusiast autocross, time-attack, SCCA events, road courses and road racing. The DOT-compliant Toyo Proxes R888R uses an R-compound tread that warms up quickly for high levels of grip and an aggressive asymmetric tread pattern with large outboard shoulder blocks for lateral grip, built on a multi-ply rayon casing with two wide high-tensile steel belts and a spirally wound nylon reinforcement ply for high-speed stability and durability. The 245/40R18 R888R measures 25.7 inches tall, about 2.2% shorter than the factory 235/45R18 tire, which helps acceleration. Its 97 load index (1,609 lbs) is slightly below the 98 (1,653 lbs) of the factory 18-inch tire: suitable for racing, but not recommended for extended driving with a fully loaded Model 3. It is street legal for warm, dry drives to and from events; for long trips or wet conditions, we recommend swapping the package on at the track.

      Zero-G Inspired Design

The TS5 split-spoke wheel design was inspired by Tesla Zero-G Track Package wheels. Its svelte split-spoke face presents lightweight, performance-focused footwork—ideal for enthusiast owners seeking standout looks and an overachieving lightweight wheel.

Rating Key: Not Rated Good Better Best

Choose the right tire type for your driving: All-season for everyday use, all-weather for enhanced year-round versatility, summer for warm-weather performance, or dedicated winter tires for cold and snowy conditions. Tire model, rolling resistance, construction, inflation pressure, compound and tread design also affect driving characteristics.

      • Follow the recommended cold tire pressures on your vehicle's Tire and Loading Information label (located inside the driver-side door jamb). Check pressure after the vehicle has been parked out of direct sunlight for more than three hours. Use our AMAXX Tesla Digital Tire Inflator for convenient pressure checks and adjustments.
      • Rotate tires every 6,250 miles, or sooner if tread-depth difference reaches 2/32 inch, to help maximize tread life and maintain even wear.
      • When installing wheels, torque the 21mm lug nuts to 129 lb-ft (175 Nm).
      • After tire service, drive approximately five miles to allow the TPMS readings to update.
      • Tire pressure changes with temperature, driving and sunlight. Underinflation can reduce range, accelerate wear and create a safety risk.
      • Teslas do not come with a spare! Consider purchasing a Tesla spare tire package to ensure you never get stranded with a flat.

    • FAQ

Can I use my Aero Covers / Hubcaps on the 18" TS5?
No, the Aero Covers / Hubcaps only fit on your factory wheels.

Does the 18" TS5 Track Package use the factory 18" Model 3 tire size?
No. It uses 245/40R18 Toyo Proxes R888R competition tires, about 2.2% shorter and slightly wider than the factory 235/45R18 tire. The R888R carries a 97 load index (1,609 lbs) versus 98 (1,653 lbs) for the factory tire, so it is suited to track events and short drives, not extended driving with a fully loaded Model 3.

Do your TS5 wheels fit my factory center caps?
Yes, 18x8.5" TS5 wheels fit your factory Tesla center caps. They also fit your factory TPMS sensors and factory lug nuts, so no aftermarket wheel hardware is required.

How are the 18" TS5 wheels made?
They are flow forged and tested to JWL, VIA, SAE J2530 and TÜV standards.

Do I need to change the color of my existing lug nuts and center caps to match my new TS5 wheels?
That's an aesthetic decision only you can make. All TS5 wheels come with T Sportline color-matched center caps.

What is the warranty on TS5 wheels?

How long until my TS5 wheels arrive after my order?
We process orders within 72 hours unless your wheels are back-ordered. Please allow 1–7 business days of transit time from the day you receive a tracking number. We will email you if your wheels are back-ordered.

      Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer flat rate FedEx/DHL shipping to select countries.

Will installing your Wheel & Tire Package void my warranty?
Changing wheels and tires won't void your Tesla warranty unless Tesla can prove that our wheels caused the need for repairs. Also, we use factory-size or acceptable alternate size tires only. In other words, your warranty will still be valid when your windshield wiper malfunctions, even if you've upgraded to our Wheel & Tire Package.
