How to Adjust AlphaRex Nova Series Headlights on Tesla Model 3 / Y

Adjusting Beam Pattern on AlphaRex Headlights

1 - Before starting installation of the AlphaRex headlights, position vehicle where it will be during installation.  Shine factory headlights on the wall in front of the vehicle and mark the top edge of the beam pattern with tape.   Painter's tape or a mark of any sort will do.  This will be the target for adjusting the beam pattern height on the AlphaRex headlights.

2 - The beam pattern height adjustment is a hex head philips screw (8mm) located on the bottom rear facing side of the AlphaRex headlights.  Rotating the adjustment screw left or right will raise or lower the beam pattern.

3 - Follow instructions for installing the headlights.  Once the headlights are bolted in place and wired, turn the headlights on and locate beam adjustment screw.  The screw can be reach by pulling the inner fender light back away from the headlight backside.
