The first known Supercharger v4 is coming to Arizona and will include a Megapack and solar array.
Tesla is rumored to be scaling production of this new charger. It is expected to feature a charge rate higher than 250 kW, the current Supercharger v3 rate, and allows non-Tesla EV charging.
The Supercharger v4 will be deployed in Yuma County, Arizona with 40 stalls, two 4500 square foot solar arrays, and a Megapack. This will be constructed at a vacant lot along side Interstate 8 on the San Diego to Tucson route.
