A few months ago, one of our best customers was fortunate enough to be one of the first people in Los Angeles to take delivery of a brand new 2021 Model S refresh in the highly coveted Plaid mode. He brought it to us immediately to have it completely customized
Starting off with the exterior, we took off the 19-inch wheels that came with this Plaid edition (he opted not to go with the upgraded 21” wheels from Tesla because he wanted something that had a little bit more of a sidewall). While the 19-inch wheels that come with the car standard do a good job, they look a little small for the car.
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S High Performance Summer Tires mounted on our 20” Satin Gray TSV Wheels make for a key part of the exterior package on this Tesla Model S Plaid edition.
20” wheels make for perfect fitment, and these are ourbrand new TSV wheels finished in Satin Gray. It's a really good look with this Midnight silver metallic paint and really gives this car a very sporty curb appeal our TSV wheels were fitted withMichelin Pilot Sport 4S High Performance Summer Tires. We’re loving the way they look on this car - Michelin does a great job.
We added3M Crystalline tint for some extra UV protection, and custom gloss black Tesla badges for that final finishing touch.

Let's put the exterior aside for a moment, because the big reveal is all about the interior. Check this out: we completely reupholstered the interior using Lamborghini orange leather hides that we imported from the tanneries in Europe to create this one-of-a-kind interior.
Custom piano black accents replace the factory wood, and complement T Sportline’s orange leather perfectly.
Check it out - the lower dash, the center console, the armrest, the front and rear seats, and the door panels were completely reupholstered. A lot of attention to detail went into all of it - starting off with the seats. We perforated the inserts because these seats are finally air-cooled and heated from Tesla. We have to perforate them so that the air comes through; but it also gives it a nice look. We’re loving the texture difference from smooth to perforated. Next, we embroidered the Tesla T logo in three headrest locations. Orange thread on orange leather gives it a cool ghosted look.
Moving on to the door panels, we’ve got beautiful diamond quilted black stitching. The lower speaker grilles have been dyed orange to match, and the upper speaker grille from Tesla is a gray kind of a canvas fabric it is breathable because there's an immersive sound speaker back there. To keep it functional and looking great, we reupholstered it using black grille cloth.
The dash décor and the door décor were all refinished in piano black. It was wood grain from Tesla, but we can all agree that wood with orange doesn't look so great. The customer didn’t want that, so we went with Piano Black to pull it all together. The yoke steering wheel reupholstered in leather as well - super cool, lots of orange.

It’s a complete rocket ship; and the fastest car in the world needs to have the world's best radar detector and laser diffuser system. This customer requestedthis model specifically. It's made by Escort, and it gives you 360° warnings for radar and diffusing of laser signals, for plenty of peace of mind when you're on the road.
