It looks like Tesla is preparing to launch a Model Y with a 279-mile range. Tesla was planning to product the Model Y Standard Range Rear Wheel Drive, but was canceled due to Elon Musk’s dissatisfaction with the range.

In this 2022 roster, a new Model Y with a range of 279 miles was listed. It looks like it will have a smaller and more efficient battery pack with a dual-motor power train.
People are speculating that these are the Model Ys being built at Gigafactory Texas with the 4680 battery cell, and a new structural battery pack:
