When your original steering wheel is returned to us, the Core Exchange Fee is refunded to you. Your original steering wheel must be shipped back to us no later than 2 weeks after receipt of your steering wheel, or you agree to forfeit the Core Exchange Fee.

Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the $475 core refund.
