Position:

Product Installation and R&D Technician

 

What You’ll Do

• Install products on customer vehicles
• Wheels & Tires
• Brakes & Suspension
• Body & Aero Components 
• Structural Products such as Running Boards & Skid Plates
• Plug-and-play Electronics and simple wiring 
• Interior Components such as Steering Wheels, Interior Trim Panels 
• Seat Upholstery 
• Painting experience a bonus, but not required
• Tint, ppf, or vinyl wrap experience a bonus, not required 
• Detailing and ceramic treatment experience a bonus, not required

• Be trained on vinyl and detailing as needed
• Prep vehicles for marketing and content 
• Work with content team and collaborate on install instructions and video production 
• Work with Engineering to develop, install, and test new products
• Occasional support on product customization
• Support customer service as needed with customer questions and problem solving 

 

Who You Are 

• Mechanic with excellent skills and experience installing aftermarket products
• Talented technician who identified issues or problems and collaborates with team to provide solutions
• Passion and patience for working with customers and helping solve problems
• Interest and ability to work in R&D and on developing products
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
• Enjoy with working in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong project management ability
• Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross functional departments to produce the best content possible
• Proficient on the computer, Microsoft office & email
• Ability to travel occasionally to shows and events.
